Zamrock legends WITCH (We Intend To Cause Havoc) return with Sogolo—a bold, genre-blending follow-up to 2021’s Zango. Formed in 1970s Zambia and led by Emmanuel “Jagari” Chanda and Patrick Mwondela, WITCH continues to evolve while staying rooted in their iconic sound. Recorded mid-tour in Berlin, Sogolo (meaning “future” or “front”) fuses garage rock, Afrobeat, funk, tight rock ’n’ roll, and signature Zamrock energy, featuring collaborations with artists from across the globe.
